I have not been there in a while. I would always get the cheesesteak. Now the cheesesteak meat portion is less than half the size from years ago and the price has doubled. It’s more like a snack than a lunch. Sadly, I won’t be coming to this place again I used to come here all the time. They also charge 3.5% credit card fee now that is ridiculous. They are like paying the credit card company 2% which means they’re making 1.5% off of you on top of tip.

Great classic New York pizza Just had two slices and a drink special at JoJo's — exactly what you want from a place that's been around forever. The pizza is legit New York style, and they handle the lunch crowd with ease. Downtown location is convenient, and the owner is incredibly friendly. If you're looking for reliable pizza with real character, this is the spot.

Disappointing in the food receive from this restaurant. When I arrived 30 minutes before their closing time, they already had the ovens cleaned as if the were closed. Only one cheese pizza was out and it wasn't on a heater to keep it warm. They took pepperoni and added it on top of two slices of the cheese pizza and heated the cheese pizza with the pepperoni added on top. Look closely at the pictures and you can tell the pepperoni was added to an already cooked cheese pizza. The servers left around 245. The lead person turned the open light off before 3pm(there close time). The pizza wasn't bad but you can get better pizza from a warehouse club a whole lot cheaper. If you decide to eat here, make sure you go before 2:30pm. Hopefully you will have a better experience.

We're visiting from Utah and wanted to try a neighborhood place. They were busy in the lunch rush, but service was pretty fast and the food was tasty. Husband had a meatball sub and I had a Greek salad and garlic knots. Everything was yummy and we got to have a quick chat with the owner- he's a great guy with a great business. Check it out if you're visiting Richmond.

Great slice of NY style pizza. One of my slices had just come out of the oven, so it was a bit underbaked since they “par-bake” to be able to warm up when you order. Other slice was perfect. Great bite, excellent chew on the crust, firm crispy bottom. Would eat here anytime I’m back in town.
